This microlearning course trains grocery baggers at Thompson’s Grocery Market to improve weight distribution when packing customer bags.

Learners practice real-world bagging through an interactive drag-and-drop simulation that challenges them to keep each bag under 5 pounds.

Advanced triggers track item movement, subtract weights based on previous placements, and update digital weight displays in real time.

A custom JavaScript solution also auto-generates a certificate of completion with the learner’s name and date.

I used Google Docs for planning and scripting, Canva for visual layouts and design elements, and Articulate Storyline 360 for building the interactive experience.
